The meeting point is at Palazzo Delle Palazzo Delle Prigioni (Prisons Palace), beside the Doge's Palace. It's just a few steps from St.Mark's Square. From St. Mark's Square reach the two columns facing the basin, turn left and continue along the Doge's Palace. Once you've crossed the bridge called Ponte della Paglia (overlooking the Bridge of Sighs) you will find the entrance of the Prison Palace on your left.
